NoChat for venues — pricing

NoChat is a mobile app that introduces adults (18+) to each other and arranges for them to meet in person at partner cafés and restaurants. There is no chat in the app: when two people agree to meet, NoChat books a table for two at a partner venue.

The app has not launched yet. NoChat is launching first in Lisbon, Porto and Istanbul, and we are currently onboarding partner venues in those cities. Venues pay no monthly fee. A venue pays only a per-meeting fee for each completed meeting at the venue, invoiced monthly by Bitry LTD. Nothing is charged before the app launches in your city.

How a meeting works at your venue

1. Two people match in the app. Everyone on NoChat is 18 or older and passes a face check when they sign up.
2. They agree on a time — that is the only thing they exchange, because the app has no chat.
3. NoChat books a table for two at your venue, inside the opening hours you set. You see the booking in the partner panel.
4. They arrive, order like any other guests, and pay you for what they have.
5. The app records that both of them turned up. That, and only that, is a completed meeting you are billed for.

You decide which hours accept bookings, and you can change them at any time. Nothing needs to be installed at the venue.

Prices in our launch cities

Prices are in local currency and exclude VAT where applicable.

You pay only for a completed meeting: a meeting NoChat booked at your venue for two app users, where both guests arrived, as recorded by the app's arrival check or confirmed by both guests. Other bookings are not charged, for example when the meeting was cancelled, when one or both guests did not come, or when NoChat cancelled the booking because a user was blocked or restricted. There is no cap on the monthly amount, and up to 2 disputed meetings per month are credited without questions.

Venue prices by region and country

NoChat is designed to expand to more cities. The prices below are our published per-meeting list prices for venues in each country. There is no monthly fee in any country. They apply only once NoChat opens in a city in that country; until then nothing is billed. Prices are in the local billing currency shown and exclude VAT where applicable. The 14-day free period applies everywhere.

Prices in high-inflation currencies (such as TRY and ARS) are reviewed every quarter; other prices are reviewed at least twice a year. Venues are told about price changes in advance, and changes apply from the next billing period. Venue billing is not available in countries where our payment provider cannot process payments, including countries under international sanctions.

Free period

14 days free. The free period starts on the date the app launches in your city, or on the date your venue is approved if that is later. During the free period no per-meeting fee is charged. There is no monthly fee before, during or after the free period. Nothing is charged before launch.

Per-meeting fees apply only after the free period ends. You can cancel before then and pay nothing.

What is included

• No monthly fee: the listing, bookings and the partner panel have no fixed cost. You pay only for completed meetings at your venue.
• Venue listing in the NoChat app as a partner meeting place.
• Bookings for two at the hours you choose. You decide when your venue accepts NoChat meetings.
• Partner panel at partners.nochat.site to manage your venue details, hours and reservations.
• Event hosting (after the app launches in your city): list events at your venue and sell tickets through NoChat.

Event tickets

After the app launches in your city, venues can sell tickets for events they host. The venue is the seller of the ticket and is responsible for refunds to buyers. NoChat charges a platform fee of 10% of the ticket price. Card processing fees for ticket sales are paid by the venue.

Billing and cancellation

• Per-meeting fees: invoiced monthly in arrears, in the currency shown for your country, for the completed meetings at your venue in the previous month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice. Each invoice comes with a report that lists your bookings and shows which were charged. There is no subscription and no cap on the monthly amount.
• Taxes: prices exclude VAT where applicable. Where VAT applies, it is added to the invoice or accounted for by the venue under the reverse-charge rules of its country.
• Cancellation: cancel at any time from the partner panel. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Nothing else is owed apart from unpaid fees for meetings that already took place.
• Disputes and refunds: up to 2 disputed meetings per venue per month are credited on your next invoice without questions. Fees for completed meetings are otherwise not refunded, except where required by law. If you were charged for a meeting that was not completed, it is credited on your next invoice.
• Non-payment: if a payment fails, there is a 14-day grace period. After that, new bookings at your venue are paused until the balance is paid.

In-app purchases for members (App Store / Google Play)

Using NoChat is free for members, including a daily allowance of free Meets. Members can optionally buy extra features inside the app. These purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by NoChat, and are separate from the per-meeting fees venues pay.

• Meets: extra requests to meet someone, in packs of 10, 30 or 100. Bought Meets do not expire.
• Super Meet: your profile is shown first to the person, with your proposed meeting times. Packs of 1 or 5.
• NoChat Plus: an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or monthly, that includes 25 Meets per day and 2 Super Meets per week. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

These are indicative prices for the main regions. The final price is always the one shown in the App Store or Google Play in your local currency, and it includes applicable taxes (in the United States, sales tax may be added). Prices in other countries are set per country by the store in local currency. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds for them follow Apple and Google policies.
